Electromagnetic Valve:

Solenoid valve coil is an important part of solenoid valve, used to generate electromagnetic force, and control the opening and closing of the valve. Solenoid valve coil is usually made of wire wound, the current through the coil, will produce a magnetic field, the magnetic field under the action of the coil will produce electromagnetic force, so that the valve open or close.

The solenoid coil structure is generally composed of an iron core and a coil. Iron cores are usually made of permeable materials that enhance the generation and conduction of magnetic fields. The coil is wound by insulated wire, usually copper or aluminum wire, by winding the way to increase the number of turns of the coil, thereby enhancing the generation of electromagnetic force.

The working principle of the solenoid coil is based on Ampere's law and Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When the current through the coil changes, a changing magnetic field will be generated, and the change in the magnetic field will cause the electromotive force within the coil, resulting in the electromagnetic force. This electromagnetic force can act on the spool or disc on the valve to make it move, so as to achieve the opening and closing control of the valve.

The solenoid valve coil usually needs to be connected with the power supply, and the coil is controlled by controlling the switch of the power supply, so as to control the opening and closing of the valve. The size and polarity of the solenoid coil will directly affect the strength and direction of the magnetic field generated by the coil, and then affect the opening and closing speed and position of the valve.

Solenoid valve coils are widely used in various industrial automation control systems, such as hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, water supply systems, etc., for controlling the on-off of fluid media and flow regulation.
