Hydraulic valve

A hydraulic check valve is a valve used to control the direction of liquid flow in a hydraulic system. It allows the liquid to flow in only one direction and prevents the reverse flow. A hydraulic check valve is usually composed of a body, a spool and a spring.

The working principle of the hydraulic check valve is to control the flow of liquid through the position of the spool. When the pressure in the hydraulic system exceeds the pressure above the spool, the spool is pushed downward by the pressure, so that the valve opens and the liquid can flow. When the pressure in the hydraulic system is lower than the pressure above the spool, the spring pushes the spool back into place and the valve closes, preventing the reverse flow of liquid.
