Hydraulic valve

The valve block is a key component of the integrated hydraulic system. It is not only the carrier body of other hydraulic components, but also the channel body through which their oil circuits are connected. The valve block generally adopts a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the material is generally aluminum or malleable iron. There are installation holes, oil holes, connection screw holes, positioning pin holes, common oil holes, connection holes, etc. related to hydraulic valves distributed on the valve block body. In order to ensure the correct connection of the channels without interference, process holes are sometimes set. . Generally, there are at least 40-60 holes on a relatively simple valve block, and there are hundreds of holes on a slightly more complicated valve body. These holes form a criss-cross hole system network. The holes on the valve block come in various forms, such as smooth holes, stepped holes, and threaded holes. They are generally straight holes, which are easy to process on ordinary drilling machines and CNC machine tools. Sometimes oblique holes are provided for special connection requirements, but this is rarely used.
